I affirm that I am participating in the curriculum program of the International Metaphysical Academy Inc.
I will have no claims or guarantees for the results or outcomes of my participation as a student in the International Metaphysical Academy. The International Metaphysical Academy, its officers, directors, facilitators, employees, or members, shall not be held liable for any of my personal experiences or be subject to any direct or indirect legal action taken by me for any incidental, consequential, or special damages that may arise out of my participation with the International Metaphysical Academy.
I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the officers, employees, and all other representatives of the International Metaphysical Academy from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, and costs of any kind or nature arising directly or indirectly out of breach of any agreement by any third-party entity.
All intellectual property ownership and rights shall remain with the legal owner, the International Metaphysical Academy. During classes, virtual or live, no recordings, digital note-taking, or use of other electronic devices are permitted, except during lunch breaks. During all virtual classes, I will be visible. Only registered participants will join. Any organization or individual transferring or assigning rights or ownership shall provide legal proof of ownership prior to transferring or assigning ownership or rights. Any distribution of intellectual property without expressed written permission from a duly authorized person, or an authorized representative from the International Metaphysical Academy, is considered a violation of intellectual property law and is grounds for dismissal from the International Metaphysical Academy. In the case of dismissal, tuition paid to date will not be refunded.
The International Metaphysical Academy and its certified facilitators will take all reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of personal identifying information obtained in the course of involvement with the Academy. All information gained through involvement with the Academy provided during the period of involvement may be used either with express permission or with actions taken to anonymize the information to protect identity.
